This Clarification Text, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), enlightening the data owners about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data by the data controller, LIMITED RESPONSIBLE ISTANBUL ERGUVAN WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS COOPERATIVE (“kooperativedukkani.com”) was prepared for the purpose.

 

1. Data Controller:

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data; LIMITED RESPONSIBLE ISTANBUL ERGUVAN WOMEN'S ENTERPRISE PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS COOPERATIVE as data controller  (hereinafter referred to as "Data Controller") within the scope described below.

• Promoting and marketing products and services in line with customers' preferences and tastes by remarketing, targeting, profiling and analysis in line with the express consent of the users,

• Resolving user problems and complaints,

• Follow-up of accounting and purchasing transactions,

• Legal processes and compliance with legislation,

• Answering information requests from administrative and judicial authorities,

• Ensuring information and transaction security and preventing malicious use,

• Making necessary arrangements in order to ensure that the processed data is up-to-date and correct.

• Promoting and marketing applications, goods/products and services in line with the preferences and tastes of the visitors by remarketing, targeting, profiling and analysis in line with the express consent of the visitors,

• For the purposes of resolving visitor problems and complaints, personal data will be processed within the terms of processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698. Data Controller; will be able to process your personal data collected for the above-mentioned purposes. Although your personal data may change over time, these data will be updated at the request of both you and the Data Controller.


 

3. To Whom The Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred And For What Purpose:

Your personal data collected by the Data Controller, in line with the above processing purposes and within the framework of the personal data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698, to real or legal third parties residing in the country or abroad, with the necessary security measures and in line with the principles of confidentiality. transferable. In this context, the Data Controller takes the necessary technical and administrative measures, including signing a confidentiality and data sharing agreement. Data transfer can be made to the following parties:

• The personal data collected through the website usage preferences and browsing history, the execution of the distance sales contract, the membership form and other forms are shared with our domestic/abroad business partners for the purpose of profiling and communicating in line with the tastes and preferences of the relevant persons.

• It is shared with law offices and other consultants and independent audit companies in order to receive legal support within the scope of establishment, exercise and protection of the rights of our institution.

• Within the framework of personal data processing conditions, it is shared with archive companies or cloud service companies located in the country or abroad.


 

4. Your legal rights under the law:

Your rights are written in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 and these are as follows: By applying to the Data Controller in writing, your personal data;

a. Learning whether it is processed or not,

b. If it has been processed, requesting information about it,

c. Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

D. Knowing the third parties to whom it was transferred in the country or abroad,

to. Requesting correction of them in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

f. Requesting it to be deleted or destroyed or anonymized within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law No. 6698,

g. Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) above, to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,

h. Objecting to the emergence of a result against you because it is analyzed exclusively by automated systems,

I. In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, you can exercise your rights to demand the compensation of the damage.

 

In order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, with your written and signed petition containing the explanations about your right that you request to use the necessary information identifying your identity, you can send it to Merkez Mah. No: 50 Şişli/Istanbul personally, you can send it through your attorney or through a notary public, provided that it is clearly authorized on this matter, or you can send a secure electronic signed copy of your form or petition to kedv@kedv.org.tr or to the data controller. You may be forwarded by using the e-mail address previously notified and registered in the system of the data controller.

Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request is to be made on behalf of someone else, a power of attorney and other documents confirming your identity must be attached to your application.
